Robbie Long is a seasoned sports marketing and product leader with more than two decades of experience shaping iconic brands and building deep-rooted relationships across the NCAA, NFL, NBA, MLB, and the global sports apparel landscape.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager at Adidas, Robbie led the NCAA licensed sideline and locker room apparel and headwear strategy for North America. Partnering with cross-functional teams, he delivered initiatives that united product, culture, and performance—bringing to life seasonal go-to-market collections, licensing programs, and brand strategies for major collegiate and grassroots events including the College Football Playoff, March Madness, the College World Series, the Little League World Series, and athlete collaborations around the Super Bowl with Patrick Mahomes and Travis Hunter.
Earlier in his career, Robbie directed global apparel efforts for LeBron James at Nike, collaborating directly with LeBron and his team on seasonal storytelling, design, and product innovation while working alongside world-class footwear and sports marketing executives. He has also held key roles at G-III Sports, Reebok, the NBA, and AND1, where he contributed to signature product development for athletes such as Allen Iverson, Shaquille O’Neal, and Vince Carter.
